By the year 2007, this industry is estimated to be worth $4,000,000,000 in annual sales! WorldLink Communications is currently seeking investment partners to construct 30 cells in the metro-Detroit area. The cost to setup a WorldLink cell is $150,000. A cell consists of a 12 mile diameter area, 100' installed tower, Proxy server, Web server, Mail Server, FTP Server, WorldLink Array (radios for broadcasting), primary internet service connection, installation, sales, billing, and collection for service customers.
Our Shared Investor program relies on a joint investment commitment by the investor and WorldLink. Profits are shared equal to the investors cell cost with a minimum investment of 50%. For example, if an investor purchased a cell for 70% of the setup price, the actual cost for the investor of the cell would be $105,000. WorldLink would contribute the balance ($45,000) for the cell. In addition, the investor would receive a percentage of cell earnings equal to the investment. With only 100 paid subscribers to a cell, each paying $200 per month, could generate a total monthly sales for the cell of $20,000. not including any additional services offered. In this example, the cell investor would receive $14,000. each month creating a ROI (return on investment) in only 7.5 months.
